Your body will take time to adjust to your Vellora products– please use the entire container of product to allow your body the appropriate time to meet your expectations. If you’re still not seeing the results you want, reach out to us to get your refund started. Products that have been used or opened do not need to be returned to receive a refund.

- USPS standard delivery of 5 to 7 business days

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
- Return at any time for a full refund, less shipping and handling
- Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving your return
- Vellora does not supply return shipping labels
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may exchange or return any unopened products that are sealed in their original packaging. Please take your time adjusting to and using your Vellora products. A 10% handling fee will be deducted from your refund charged for all returns/refunds in the U.S.A. and Canada; and/or a 15% handling fee will be deducted from your refund for international returns/refunds. A request to return multiple (retroactive) and duplicate product orders, placed over the course of months and/or years will not be approved unless special consideration is granted.
SPECIAL CAMPAIGNS [Limited Time Offers] are included in the Lifetime Guarantee Return Policy. Returns must include all products shipped in the special campaign for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges.) If you keep any items from a special campaign (bonus product, bundled items and/or free gifts), you will be charged the full retail price for those items (plus shipping and handling charges) and this will be deducted from the refund amount.
To initiate the return process, please email us at info@vellora.co with your full name, email address, phone number, the product to be returned, and the reason for the return. Once we review the information provided, if you are eligible for a refund, we will send you a return label. We only accept returns on Vellora products that were purchased directly, or from authorized sellers.
If the product was damaged during shipping, we will send out a new duplicate product or refund your original purchase price when we receive your damaged item. We will cover the shipping cost of damaged products returned to us.
Vellora products purchased from an authorized retailer must be returned to the retailer. Please consult the retailer’s terms and conditions for more information.
